ACCOMMODATION
Please, contact AEOLIC CRUISES travel agency for: 1. Hotel reservations and payment of accommodation expenses 2. Conference registration fees 3. Post-conference excursion expenses (please see “Schedule” page) ● Hotel reservations will be made on a priority basis upon a payment of a deposit of 20% of the sum of the total expenses (including post-conference excursion, if any). Payments may be made through deposits in the travel agency’s bank accounts (see below) with the indication PECSRL fees, or alternatively, by check sent directly to the travel agency’s postal address, by registered mail. All outstanding expenses must be paid in full for in full 30 days before arrival; after that unpaid bookings will be released. In case of cancellation, the full amount of payment will be refunded, minus the cost of one day’s accommodation (cancellation fee). ● Upon reservation of hotel accommodation, please indicate the time, date and transportation means by which you will be arriving in Limnos or Lesvos. Fill out the registration page of the conference web site and e-mail it both to aeolic@les.forthnet.gr and PECSRL2004@geo.aegean.gr ● For all information relative to accommodation, payment of fees, and the post-conference excursion, please contact AEOLIC CRUISES.
