FEE

 

The conference participation fee is 200 EUR for early registration (before May 1, 2004).  After that date the participation fee will be 250 EUR for regular members and 200 EUR for students.

The fee covers conference materials, coffee breaks, welcome reception, three lunches in Limnos, fieldtrips, and the boat trip from Limnos to Lesvos (Sept 19).  It does not cover accommodation and dinners, nor does it cover lunches in Lesvos, conference diver and post-conference excursion.  

Payment of fees

No payment or transfer should be made before receiving an invoice. Registration and hotel reservations will be confirmed and pro forma invoices will be issued by Aeolic Cruises Travel Agency (see accommodation).

All payments, including conference fees, will be handled by Aeolic Cruises Travel Agency.
