Traveling expenses (VERY IMPORTANT)

The Erasmus program will cover 75% of your traveling expenses up to 450 € for students from Spain, Germany, United Kingdom and 500 € for students from Poland and Finland. Therefore, PLEASE KEEP ALL RECEIPTS OF YOUR TRIP and present them to the IP office in Mytilene.

More specifically:

(1)       Print out of the e-ticket and a receipt from your travel agent (if applicable);

(2)       Boarding passes (absolutely necessary);

(3)       Train tickets (if applicable);

(4)       Any other receipts

Receipts from your journey to Lesvos, MUST BE PRESENTED to the IP office in Mytilene UPON ARRIVAL/

Receipts from your return must be posted to the IP IMMEDIATELY UPON RETURN (otherwise all payments will be delayed).

You will not be paid unless you have presented all the necessary receipts.
